The lovely million dollar question, what would you do if you won the lottery? Well, we have the Powerball right now that is worth $62.0 million and the Mega Million that is worth $50.0 million. I know that if I had that much money, well I wouldn't want to go too crazy and blow it, but there are a lot of things that I would do for sure!
If I were to win either one of them, first I would pay off all of my debt and be debt free! I would then put a good size down payment on a second vehicle so that I could have a car for when my husband is at school and work. After that, I would start looking at homes to purchase, maybe even seeing how much it might cost to build a home the way that we want it. Of course, I would then purchase new furniture to go into my new home, as I have never had new furniture or anything like that, it's always been second hand from family, friends, or stores. For once I would like to have something brand new that I purchased on my own. After all of that is said and done, I would plan a nice family vacation to like Disneyland, probably during a time frame when it's not busy so that we can spend quality time as a family instead of standing in line all the time. And last, but not least, I would plan a late honeymoon vacation for my husband and I. With him being in the Navy when we got married, we didn't get a chance to have a honeymoon, so it would be nice to have a honeymoon. The rest of the money would go into savings and just be used as needed. Getting the kids the clothes that they need, putting money aside for them to go to college, that kind of thing.
We can't tell that I have thought about this already now, can we?

The world is often times enamored with the idea of winning millions upon millions of dollars without having to work really hard at it, and that's not something that is going to change in these hard economic times.
